Andrea Meek - Yoga Teacher
I first came to yoga to fix some injuries caused by running, and from my first class, I was hooked. I wanted to learn more and deepen my own practice so, I enrolled on a 200 hour teacher training course at the beginning of 2019. Since then, I have completed more training to expand my knowledge: therapeutic yoga, Yin yoga, Rocket yoga and Yoga Wheel.
I believe that yoga is for everyone - it has benefits that go far beyond the practice of asanas.
When I received my first pair of Blossom Yoga Wear leggings, it was love at first sight. I enjoy all the small details - the variety of prints and colours and the feel of the fabric. They make me look and feel beautiful. The fact that they are in line with my beliefs of sustainability is the cherry on the top. My all-time favourites have to be the 'Cool for Cats' Eco-Friendly leggings.
As well as teaching and spreading my love for yoga, you can find me training for my next big challenge. I completed a 100K run back in June 2021, and practising yoga has helped keep my body strong and injury-free. I also run my Coffee shop in Milton Keynes, and enjoy spending as much time as I can with my 2 beautiful children and my wonderful husband.
