Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have passed we will no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.

Products must be unworn and undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection by Blossom Yoga Wear.

Should you wish to return part or all of your order please request a return via your customer account

You are responsible for all return shipping charges and if you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The return remains your responsibility until we are in receipt of it. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If the return is approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days, depending on your payment provider.
Should we not have your requested size in stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All exchanges are usually shipped within 3/4 days of receipt.
Please note any original shipping charges are non refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We make it our priority to deliver flawless, high quality products. If you receive a faulty product we will exchange your order within 10 days. If we no longer stock your item, you will get a full refund. We reserve the right to check the claimed item and determine ourselves whether it is faulty.

CURRENCIES

Upon checkout, depending on your location, you may receive an estimate price converted to your local currency. Please note that this is an estimate based on current exchange rates. Your payment will be collected in Pound Sterling(GBP).

Blossom Yoga Wear is not responsible for third-party shipping delays on exchanges or returns.
