Meet our Blossom Yoga Wear Brand Ambassadors - Claire Miller

I trained as a gym instructor in my 20's and found hot yoga about 6 yrs ago when I fell in love with the physical & mental benefits of yoga.

I trained in Bali in ashtanga vinyasa, & continue training all the time. I am completely passionate that yoga/fitness & breathwork should be available to everyone, regardless of age, ability & mobility. 

I love to teach & practice all styles of yoga, but since becoming visually impaired my focus of teaching has changed. It has led me to work for Blind Aid & Metro Blind Sport, making Accessible yoga available online.

I have recently started a 'Gentle Yoga for Cancer & Mobility Issues' class, as I have seen first hand the benefits of simple breath & movement practice. 

I had the joy of meeting Fran, the owner of Blossom Yoga Wear, as one of my first yoga buddies & it has been an honour to watch Blossom Yoga Wear bloom & grow.

They are the most comfortable yoga leggings I own, with my current favourite print being the Kew Tropics.
